These Terms of Service govern use of the Sahuaro Contracting website and related employee/worker communications, including SMS text messaging programs used for workplace operations.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing a mobile phone number and consenting on a Sahuaro Contracting Text Message Opt-In Form (or by enabling SMS preferences in the worker portal), you agree that Sahuaro Contracting may send text messages about required form submissions, safety announcements, and company news.
- Message frequency: messages as needed for safety alerts and critical announcements, plus a weekly digest of company updates.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
- Consent is not required to perform work for Sahuaro Contracting.
- Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from Sahuaro Contracting, or by asking a supervisor/admin to update your SMS preference. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.
Website use
The Sahuaro Contracting website and worker portal are provided for company information and authorized workforce use. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
